Owner Carry / Lease Option Listings

These are only lease options or owner carries and are updated daily. If you see something of interest send me the MLS # and I will get you the terms and if you like the terms we will go look at it. Seller pays my fees if you exercise the contract. I will need to have a credit check run before making a offer so that the Seller knows you will be able to purchase at a set period of time once your credit or income improves so call or email me for lenders since I work with lenders that understand lease options and owner carries.

Please note that you will have to have money to put down and it varies from a lease option vs owner carry (higher down) but most of the time the down is applied to the sales price if you exercise the option.
